1. Digital Products & Immediate Access
Due to the digital nature of our products (including but not limited to online courses, downloadable templates, software, memberships, and other digital content), all sales are final unless a specific product page explicitly states a refund period.
For customers located in the European Union / EEA:
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion. However, this right expires immediately if:
- You expressly agree that we begin performance of the contract (e.g., grant access to digital content) before the withdrawal period ends, and
- You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
By completing your purchase, you give this consent. As long as you have not yet started downloading or accessing the digital content, your 14-day withdrawal right remains fully effective.
2. Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused period.
3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account and access rights,
- Submission of transaction evidence to your bank to rebut the chargeback, and
- Refusal of future services from Wolfpack Assets LLC.
